Hey, I’m Lou. I’ve spent the last 16 years helping people navigate their careers. In 2021, I took the leap into self employment leaving behind a successful HR career in Whitehall to build my own coaching business from the ground up. No safety net, no guarantees - just a vision, a whole lot of learning, and a determination to make it work. And it did. I quickly outearned my salary working with fab clients I adored. But it’s not all been plain sailing, I’ve had my share of failed launches, bad investments and bum-clenching “how will I pay my bills” months and I’ve poured everything I’ve learned over the last 4 years into this programme.
I know exactly what it’s like to go from feeling competent and capable in a senior role to staring at your laptop, wondering what the hell to focus on next. Yes. I’ll take you through all the fundamentals you need to set up your business. Many of my clients come to me with just an idea. I help them create everything else.

Depending where you are on your journey I might recommend that you join my career change programme - True Calling. It takes you from not having a clue what you want to do in your career to having a concrete idea with a roadmap on how to get there. Other times it might be enough to have a couple of 121s with me to anchor in an idea. If you’re unsure which programme is best for you book a discovery call so we can have a chat about it.

I’m not going to sugarcoat it - building a business is a time consuming task so to get the most from the programme you should be prepared to turn up to the calls and schedule time each week to build your business. That being said, I’ve worked with lots of women who are still in 9-5s when I help them build their business and this programme is designed with that in mind. The videos are short and to the point and the workbooks remove a lot of the guesswork.

I get it, building a business can be overwhelming so I’ve designed this programme to cover all the foundations you need in bite sized chunks. You’ll also have 3 hot seat calls a month where you can ask me any questions. Plus a slack channel where you can ask me questions, get strategy advice AND submit your content and any other docs you need for me to review them and give you feedback!
